The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is a post-baccalaureate professional degree designed to prepare nurses for expanding roles in healthcare and enhance opportunities for professional advancement. The MSN curriculum provides core courses in nursing theory, research, leadership, professional role development, and informatics in healthcare. In addition to the completion of the core nursing courses, the student selects one of the three specialty tracks:

  • Master in Nursing Educator Specialty Track:
    Inspire the future generation of nurses as a nurse educator.

  • Master in Nursing Informatics Specialty Track:
    Lead the new high-tech wave in patient care as an informatics nurse specialist.

MSN & MBA Track Option
You can earn your MSN and MBA online - faster and more cost-effectively than ever. After completing the Chamberlain MSN Executive Track degree program, graduates have the option to apply to DeVry University's Keller Graduate School of Management Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.
