| History |
| The Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology opened its doors in the southern Delaware area in September of 2000. Susan Bowen, owner and CEO, has been in the education field for 18 years. Her mission, "Empowered Through Education" has furnished the graduates of our programs with professional confidence and the skills needed to enter the work force. |

Esthetics
Course Objective: To train students in the art of skin care. To prepare students for licensure and entry level employment as an estheticain in today's salon or spas.

Manicuring
Course Objective: To train students in basic nail care as well as nail extension services. To prepare students for licensure and entry level position as a nail technician.

Teacher of Cosmetology
Course Objective: To train cosmetologist to teach and supervise cosmetology students and enable licensed graduates to teach cosmetology or its related subjects in public or private institutions of learning.
