The Business program with Property Management Emphasis prepares students for a variety of positions, such as bookkeepers, clerical assistants, personal property professionals, and a variety of managerial positions. The program courses provide students with a strong foundation in accounting, marketing, insurance, finance, electronic commerce, and real estate. The student will receive an integrated understanding of business and economic concepts relating to personal property management, and the management of fixed assets.

Occupational Studies in Medical Specialties
The Medical Specialties program prepares students for entry-level employment as medical assistants with practical radiology, billing/coding, and laboratory skills. The student is also prepared for a career as an entry-level pharmacy technician, home health aide, and as a medical receivables and coding professional. Objectives of the program include preparing students for possible certification or licensing (Note: radiology courses are limited scope, not an RRT certification) in the various medical specialties, as well as gaining employment in many medical fields.

Nursing (RN required)
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing is designed for registered nurses who wish to enhance their professional knowledge and skills and complete the requirements for a baccalaureate degree while continuing as a working professional. Built on a foundation of biological, physical, and clinical sciences, the curriculum provides the advanced practice skills required for growth and advancement in the nursing profession. The online curriculum enables the student to acquire and apply new nursing skills in an exciting virtual environment. The BSN program is part of an accelerated RN to BSN to MSN curriculum design. The program enables a Registered Nurse to earn a baccalaureate degree in nursing with the option of continuing those studies at the graduate level. Because two of the advanced courses in the BSN curriculum are part of the core curriculum of the MSN program, the student is able to shorten the path to the MSN degree.

Respiratory Care

This respiratory care degree also includes courses covering current issues and trends to ensure that all graduates are aware of the latest developments in respiratory care. The bachelor's degree for respiratory care practitioners provides students with a sound general education, a thorough foundation in the cardiopulmonary sciences, and a solid education in the traditional respiratory care specialties of critical care, perinatal and pediatrics, and cardio-pulmonary diagnostics. To enter this bachelor's degree program, you must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or be a graduate of an advanced therapist level program with 60 credits. To meet this requirement, you may enroll in our Associate of Science program, or select a different Bachelor of Science degree.
