The HCSM program focuses on knowledge and skills needed to succeed in a variety of nursing leadership positions in health care organizations.  An RN-MSN BLEND Program is also available online for RNs who have a non-nursing bachelor's degree.

Our curriculum explores nursing administration, management, leadership, finance, quality improvement, health promotion, disease prevention/management, integrated delivery systems, managed care strategies, and workforce management.

This program adheres to the standards identified by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, the American Organization of Nurse Executives, and the Standards of Practice for Case Managers (published by the Case Management Society of America).

Graduates will be prepared to sit for the American Nurses Association Certification Exam in Nursing Administration Advanced and/or the Commission for Case Manager Certification Exam.

If you are an RN who is in possession of a non-Nursing Bachelor's degree, you may still be admitted to Loyola's MSN program without obtaining a BSN degree.

Addressing the Challenges of the 21st Century

Loyola's MSCJA online program is highly recommended for individuals who want to advance in the public or private sector and/or those public law enforcement professionals seeking careers in the private security and loss prevention sector.
