InterNetwork Engineering
This program provides comprehensive training, including theoretical concepts and hands-on practice, to provide students with the expertise and skills to work as a Network Administrator/Engineer (InterNetwork Engineer) or Computer/Network Support Specialist. The graduate will have working familiarity with network hardware and software including Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server and will be able to understand, select, install, troubleshoot and support Microsoft and Cisco networks and implement Network Security.
The program is designed to prepare the student to become CompTIA Certified Computer and Network Technician, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA.)
Students will also learn how to create an effective resume, methods for job search, and how to get ready for a job interview. Upon completion of the program, students will receive placement assistance.

CompTIA A+ Certification/Computer Technician
This program provides comprehensive training, including theoretical concepts and hands-on practice, to provide students with the expertise and skills to work as a Computer Technician. It prepares the student to become CompTIA Certified Computer Technician.
CompTIA A+ certification validates the latest skills needed by today's computer support professionals. It is an international, vendor-neutral certification recognized by major hardware and software vendors, distributors and resellers. A+ certification confirms a technician's ability to perform tasks such as installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking. The exams also cover domains such as security, safety and environmental issues and communication and professionalism.
A+ certification is part of the certification track for corporations such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Cisco and Novell. Other technology companies, including CompuCom and Ricoh, have made CompTIA A+ certification mandatory for their service technicians.

CompTIA Network+ Certification/Network Technician
CompTIA Network+ Certification/Network TechnicianThis program provides comprehensive training, including theoretical concepts and hands-on practice, to provide students with the expertise and skills to work as a Network Technician. It prepares the student to become CompTIA Certified Network Technician.
CompTIA Network+ certification validates the knowledge and skills of networking professionals. It is an international, vendor-neutral certification that recognizes a technician's ability to describe the features and functions of networking components and to install, configure and troubleshoot basic networking hardware, protocols and services.
The demand for skilled network support professionals continues to grow, and the Network+ certification is a valuable credential to help start or enhance a networking career. In fact, many IT certifications integrate Network+ into their curriculums. Microsoft added CompTIA Network+ certification into their Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) program, and other corporations such as Novell, Cisco, HP, Lotus and 3Com also recognize CompTIA Network+ as part of their certification tracks.

CompTIA Security+® Certification
CompTIA Security+ Certification tests the security knowledge mastery of an individual with two years on-the-job networking experience, with emphasis on security. It covers industry-wide topics, including communication security, infrastructure security, cryptography, access control, authentication, external attack and operational and organization security. Security+ is an elective or prerequisite to advanced security certifications.
CompTIA Security+ is an international, vendor-neutral certification that proves competency in system security, network infrastructure, access control and organizational security.
This course gives students the knowledge and skills to design, implement, administer and troubleshoot network security, and prepares students for CompTIA Security+ exam SY0-201.

Microsoft Certified IT Professional® (MCITP)
The Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) credential provides the ideal way to demonstrate abilities to use Windows Server 2008 to excel in a specific, market-relevant job role. Microsoft offers offer two paths, each builds on MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist) prerequisites and is relevant to professional roles in today's IT marketplace: MCITP Server Administrator and MCITP Enterprise Administrator.
