Electronics Engineering Technology

Emergency Medical Technician
Emergency Medical Technician Basic (EMT-B) serves as a vital link in the chain of the healthcare team. It is recognized that the majority of pre-hospital emergency medical care will be provided by the EMT-B.

This program includes all skills necessary for the individual to provide emergency medical care at a basic life support level with an ambulance service or other specialized service. EMT-Bs provide services in an environment requiring special skills and knowledge in such areas as communications, documentation and transportation.

Heating, Ventilating, AC & Refrigeration
RETS College's Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning career education program teaches you what you need to know to develop, select, operate and test heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment.

Medical Assisting
Hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic laboratories, medical supply businesses, home health agencies, insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies provide just some of the opportunities for Medical Assistants. RETS College can train you for a career in this high-demand field.

Medical Coding Specialist
RETS College's Medical Coding Specialist program can put you at the crossroads of health care and technology. Our career education training takes a step-by-step approach to ensure Medical Coding and billing students get the knowledge they need to be successful.

Paralegal
This program will train you for an exciting career in the legal field working under the supervision of an attorney. Legal assistants and paralegals are needed in a variety of work environments, and RETS College can get you the training you need for this fast-paced career.

Paramedic
Paramedics primarily work in the pre-hospital setting and are the "eyes, ears and hands" of the emergency room physician.

Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and paramedics differ in the fact that EMTs provide basic life support (bandaging wounds, splinting, etc.) and paramedics provide advanced life support (IVs, administering medication, etc.).
