Chandler Gilbert Community College strives to be a dynamic learning community reflecting collaboration, diversity and student success through quality, enthusiastic teaching, learning and serving. The goal of Chandler Gilbert Community College is to provide quality education courses and programs to help student reach their goals, whether it's transferring to a four-year college or university, entering the job market, or exploring a personal interest.

Chandler Gilbert Community College spans three campuses: Pecos, Williams and Sun Lakes. Since 1985, Chandler Gilbert Community College has served the areas of Chandler, Gilbert and Queen Creek. Too, Chandler Gilbert Community College has transfer agreements in place with Arizona State University. The Williams Campus is a cooperation between the two institutions that allows students to be jointly admitted to Chandler Gilbert Community College and Arizona State University.

Student services include fitness and wellness centers and performing arts centers, as well as the traditional services such as academic advising, financial aid assistance and job placement. The Arizona college also offers men's baseball, basketball, soccer and golf, as well as women's volleyball, basketball, softball, soccer and golf.

Quick Facts:

In 2005, Chandler Gilbert Community College introduced a nursing program and intercollegiate men's and women's golf teams.

Also in 2005, the Arizona college was presented with the Chandler Chamber of Commerce Industry of the Year award for its contribution to the growth of the local economy and service to its community.

Chandler Gilbert Community College is part of the Maricopa Community College System, one of the largest in the nation.

Chandler Gilbert Community College recently received a generous donation of a Glastar single-engine airplane -- valued at $100,000 -- for its aviation program.

Scholarships offered by Chandler Gilbert Community College range between $250-$1,250 per year for students in all fields.
