The College of Coastal Georgia is a four-year liberal arts institution and the newest school to become part of the University System of Georgia. The beautiful campus is situated on the Georgia coastline, right between Savannah and Jacksonville, Florida.

Students have a variety of majors and concentrations in the arts and sciences to choose from at the College of Coastal Georgia. Degree programs are offered through the College's five schools: School of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences; School of Business and Public Affairs; School of Education and Teacher Preparation; School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences; and School of Nursing and Health Sciences. Besides four-year degrees, the College of Coastal Georgia also offers associate programs in clinical laboratory technology, hospitality management, nursing, and radiologic science.

In addition to taking advantage of the academic offerings at the College of Coastal Georgia, students are encouraged to take part in extracurricular activities that can aid their personal and professional development. From student government organizations to faith-based clubs, there is something that will appeal to all interests. The athletics program at the College of Coastal Georgia is part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Activities (NAIA) and offers men's teams in basketball, cross-country, golf, and tennis, and women's teams in basketball, cross-country, golf, softball, tennis, and volleyball.

The College of Coastal Georgia's support of its students in their academic and professional endeavors is evident by its plan to expand its infrastructure and its academic offerings, with the goal of accommodating 6,000 students by 2020.

·      There are over 3,400 students enrolled at College of Coastal Georgia, with more than 1,800 enrolled full time.
·      The expansion plan for College of Coastal Georgia includes a new 50,000-square-foot Campus Center and the Lakeside Village, a student housing facility that will open in fall 2011.
·      Extra-curricular activities at College of Coastal Georgia include the campus newspaper, student government association, Phi Theta Kappa, and the Association of Coastal Educators.
