Collin County Community College district is a student and community-centered institution committed to developing skills, strengthening character and challenging the intellect of its students through its centers and programs available across its five campuses. The Texas college says it has a passion for learning, service and involvement, creativity and innovation and integrity.

With six locations and more than 100 certificates and programs, Collin County Community College serves the area of North Texas very well -- not just through educating its citizens, but also by feeding the surrounding workforce. The Texas college offers degree and certificate programs in fire science, history, information systems cyber security and interior and architectural design.

Collin County Community College gives students the opportunity to attend classes across its five campuses, as well more innovative learning options through its Cisco Training Academy, a training center; Honors Institute, open to students who maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5; and its weekend college.

The Texas college also offers a variety of choices in student life through theater products, clubs and organizations and athletics.
