Operating five campuses throughout New Mexico, Dona Ana Branch Community College services students from a wide array of educational and financial backgrounds. The school currently provides two-year associate degree programs and shorter professional certificate programs, which usually take one year or less to complete. Students may take their courses in a traditional format or through the school's distance learning options. For students not yet ready to take the college plunge, Dona Ana Branch Community College also provides basic skills courses for adults including GED preparation workshops, citizenship courses, basic reading classes, and English as a Second Language courses.

To help students land their first job after leaving campus, the school sponsors an annual career day where students can schmooze with their future employers. Additional career services offered on campus include job search help, resume writing workshops, and a cooperative education program that provides students with paid positions in their field before they graduate. Students who take advantage of Dona Ana Branch Community College's cooperative education program will receive a steady paycheck as well as a resume packed with experience and a wealth of industry contacts. Other support services offered on campus include free academic advising, financial aid counseling, support services for disabled students, transfer assistance, veteran services, tutoring, and personal counseling.

Dona Ana Branch Community College is also home to a wide array of campus activities and organizations. Student organizations run the gamut from political groups to professional organizations to social clubs and the school sponsors a broad spectrum of arts and cultural events each year. The campus also operates a number of community outreach programs geared towards the general public. Programs for the 2007-2008 year include a student performance of Oscar Wilde's "The Selfish Giant" for children and an annual golf tournament. Dona Ana Branch Community College students are also involved in a variety of local and national volunteer projects. Each year the school sponsors a March of Dimes team as well as lends a hand to numerous area charities and holiday events.

  • For the second year in a row, a Dona Ana Branch Community College student brought home the gold at the SkillsUSA national competition. Marķa Escudero, a 2007 certificate graduate in the Facilities Maintenance Technology Program won first place in the category of Building Maintenance.
