Pensacola Junior College is a two-year institution based in Pensacola, Florida that provides associate degree and vocational programs of study to Florida-based students. The college currently operates three campuses (two based in Pensacola and one based in Milton, Florida) as well as an Adult High School, Basic Education, and Continuing Education programs. Servicing students in high school and above, this school specializes in providing a wide breadth of transfer and vocational programs. Pensacola Junior College offers particularly strong programs in the field of health care. Health-related programs range from basic nursing and emergency medical technician training courses to specialized degree programs in areas such as sonography, phlebotomy, and fire science.
The Robinson Honors Program provides an opportunity for academically gifted students to strut their stuff. Pensacola Junior College students who make it into the Honors program will have access to Honors-only courses, seminars, field trips, and scholarships.
On campus, all students can expect to find an array of cultural and social activities. Pensacola Junior College's on-campus visual arts gallery hosts student and faculty art exhibits while the on campus theatre plays host to student actors and visiting performers. The school is home to five varsity sports teams as well as cheerleading and competitive dance teams. On campus student organizations range from honor societies to academic organizations or religious groups.
Pensacola Junior College also provides academic advising and personal counseling to all students as well as access to hundreds of online research publications through the school library. Students who don't own their own computer are welcome to use the on campus computer labs. Additional support services include veteran's support, financial aid counseling, support for disabled students, transfer assistance, assessment testing, and remedial classes for adults looking to jump back into the classroom. Low-income and first-generation college students will have additional support provided through the schools TRiO program.

In partnership with Distinctive Kitchen culinary arts center, Pensacola Junior College will begin offering hands-on cooking classes and chef demonstrations this coming year.
This past year Pensacola Junior College students Zachary Hastings and John Hoang placed Top 10 in the nation at the Health Occupations Students of America National Leadership Competition held in Orlando, Florida.
Pensacola Junior College is one of the few two-year institutions in the country to offer a study abroad program. Each year Honors students have the opportunity to take classes at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom.
Even if you're not an athlete, all students at Pensacola Junior College are encouraged to take part in the campus wide intramurals program
