Since 1966, Tallahassee Community College has offered high-quality post-secondary education for the citizens of Leon, Gadsden and Wakulla counties, along with students from throughout the state, nation and abroad. With excellent academic support and classroom facilities and Web-based classes, Tallahassee Community College offers a variety of instructional methods to ensure student success.
Tallahassee Community College's faculty is committed to learning, student success and quality improvement. Many of our faculty members have received recognition from state and national organizations as being the finest in their field. Tallahassee Community College's traditionally strong faculty -- rated twice the national average in doctoral degrees and years of experience -- provides a strong foundation for its many graduates moving on to four-year colleges and universities.
Tallahassee Community College prides itself on its support services for those with disabilities. The Florida community college provides accommodations such as note takers, tutors, interpreters, untimed testing, an adaptive computer lab and individualized pre-registration assistance are available. The College Reach-Out Program, the TCC Foundation and programs such as Take Stock in Children and the Challenge Scholarship provide a vision for local students wishing to include college in their futures.

Nearly 75 percent of Tallahassee Community College's A. A. graduates transfer into the State University System within a year, the highest percentage in the Florida community college system.
Tallahassee Community College works closely with its University Partners: Flagler College, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Barry University and St. Leo University. Each school offers students the opportunity to earn a bachelors degree without leaving the Tallahassee Community College campus.
