Looking for a career that's anything but typical? You might want to consider looking into catering careers as a unique alternative to the typical culinary realm.
Where as most jobs in the culinary industry will have you working predictable hours, the catering field is purely dependent on customer interest. Late night parties and early morning affairs can mean a daily schedule that's constantly changing, and the more parties, weddings, or special occasions there are in a particular place or a season, the higher the demand is on those with catering careers.
